Default Regionals, Nationals and the running of prototypes.
In the BRCA handbook, it states that all parts used must be commercially available, yet it's common to see team drivers running development prototypes. How does this work?

I don't think it states all parts..? Just bodyshells and non-control tyres, ie fronts..
