Hi
Yeah I had a problem with the xcelorin S, new out of the box it didn't "see" the transmitter, receiver, battery, and so on. couldn't even do a "one touch" calibration, couldn't update the software(you guessed it... it didn't "see" the computer). basically it was born BLIND.LoL.
sent it back, they replaced it with a new one (waiting for it to arrive).
I have heard that some times when you use the setting card & the led lights up to tell you that the process is complete, it actually isn't & you should leave the card connected to the ESC for at least 30 seconds.

Have been testing all day yes still will not see the receiver some times.
you go though the setup to the handset. If it sees all seems ok Turn all of turn back on receiver has red light on a not green.

As in the first post setting up on a eight year old ko handset WORKS A TREAT. So what next spend another £300 quid on a new had set i think not.??????????????????

Update the firmware first and see if that helps.
