Apex GP 8th September 2013
APEX GP 2013 Booking in now open at www.shrccc.co.uk
For the third year running SHRCCC will be running the Apex GP in September 2013. After speaking to club and committee members this meeting will be run in line to the popular USA 'Reedy Style' Format! This is a big grand plan and it will take a lot of running but I think it will be awesome! So no round by round qualifying, no finals, just 6 or 7 races for all that are ALL FINALS for points! This means the normal club driver would be head to head and racing with some of the regions or nations top F1/F2 drivers in all their races!!! More details to follow. We hope to announce some major sponsors shortly and other events yet to be finalised. However I can confirm a repeat of last years popular and crowd pleasing 'Tamiya Big Wheel' race and the return of the original 'Buddy Race'!!!! Full details will be added as soon as they are finalised and decided on, including online booking in. Lets hope it's as great as last years meeting and the weather is equally generous! Booking in going very well indeed.
2wd is half full. 4wd has 13 places left. Short Course Trucks has 5 spaces left. Online booking in seems to be sorted out after first day glitches

We've opened up 2wd now to 50 cars, so 10 extra places tat are not filled! 4wd is a little light, so come on guys, who wants in for the 4wd class????

Pre entries have gone really well.
We have 46 x 2wd, 12 x 4wd and 10 x trucks. LIMITED entries will be permitted on the day subject to classes filling out. Please book in if you are coming along as it will ensure you get to race as a priority over people who are not! Looking forward to the Reedy Style event!
