Hi all,
I've recently got back into racing after a 20 year break and have been using household tools. Can you recommend a set of hexes and sockets that aren't too expensive but aren't made of chocolate either! Thank you! |

EDS, Arrowmax and HPI are all good tools, but with it being a hobby expect too pay upwards of £8 a tool

MIP thorp are great, nothing fancy but very durable.
Power tool with torque control are nice to save plastic threads. |

We use VP Pro tools in the shop every day on customer cars - after almost a year the 2mm is a little worn so needs a new tip. Tool base to store the tools is also kinda cool - though appreciate they are not cheap :-)
