Default Impressed!

So i ordered my X-6 thursday, it came friday so i built it up friday and saturday...

Raced the car yesterday and... wow!

The car was planted everywhere, especially the back section at southport!

It was our club 4WD competition week so i was only playing around with the X-6, and there was only two heats of 2WD but still...

First round the computer played up so someone else got my qualifying round ( i would of been 4th in the A i think?). Second round the car was flying until I dumped . 3rd round i TQ'd and stayed there!

So pole in the A with my first time out with the X-6! i was chuffed! got off to a good start but then made a couple of mistakes and was miles of the lead! I managed to get my head sorted and do several consistent fast laps and caught up with the leaders! Ended up winning the final and was made up (especially seen as i struggled all day with the pred )

So story over, just like to say thanks to Darren at DMS for the excellent service and thanks to the people who helped me with the initial setup of the car and the advised me on some of the parta i should get! Really looking foward to doing more 2WD now!

Ill post some pics of the car later!

Cheers, Tom

I didn't count you Lee-Mag-Root, as if you hadn't had yours stolen you'd already have one.

Is you new one gonna have a properly done shell? Lion-O will do it

Know your limitations and be content with them. Too much ambition results in promotion to shell designs you can't do.
