Default Maintaining my 12V

I've just invested in an M-Tec 110Ah leisure battery for those rare occasions I'm allowed to venture outside to race.

Also are there any recommendations for chargers to keep it in good nick?

Cheers for any help.

I would get an "intelligent" charger rather than a fixed output charger. I am using a Ring smart charger which seems to work.

Hi
I agree with sosidge; get a good intelligent charger. i use a high end ring automotive charger but with RC and the motorhome it was worth the investment.

minimise how far you discharge the battery and always recharge it asap after use, if you discharge to as low as 50/60% full you are most likely having a longer term negative effect on the battery.

if it's going to be stood unused for a while; connect it to the intelligent charger for a day or two every couple of weeks.
