Well it was a record attendance yesterday at Batley, but not for the right reasons .

Makes me wonder whether people want a club in West Yorks or not

Yes, shocking. Had there been a proper meeting I would have missed the start of the cricket .

What has happened to everyone recently - used to get a good 20 racers on a regular basis.

Well the NW regional just a few miles done the road might have knocked numbers a little?

That probably was a factor.

The next club championship round is on 17th August. I fear that if there isn't enough for a meeting that day the people who do attend on a regualr basis will stop coming and the club will die .
