Default removing old attachments?

there may well be a simple answer to this, but I cant post any pictures now as it says I have used my limit for attachments.

I have some old for sale posts from 2 years ago that have photos attached to them which can now be deleted, but I can't find a way of doing it?

Are you trying to post multiple attachments in 1 post ?

If you are I think the limit is 10, I also think smiley faces count as 1 attachment, so if you have 3 smilies you can only have 7 pictures so you might just need to make a double post and split the attachments between them ?

Some of the posts with attachments I could delete, but there are around 12 that don't have the little check box next to them, I tried last week to post something with just one photo and it wouldn't let me, saying I had reached my limit.

I've just been made an "oople advertiser" as I work for smd, wondering if its a glitch in there as I've never had the problem before.

I've removed a load of attachments from old, sold adverts for you.
You (no idea if it's just you or everyone) are limited to 10MB of attachments.

I believe you can do what I've done for you - find the thread, double click on edit, scroll down to "manage attachments" and remove them. If you can't, then just let me (or another mod) know and we'll do it for you.

HTH

Instead of posting attachments, why not sign up to www.photobucket.com and post images straight from there. Then you have no limit and also the pictures appear full size and no-one has to click on the attachment to view
