Hi guys
I just bagged myself a 2wd 1/10 buggy on here and wondered what tyres/inserts work best at Caldi? See you all on Friday |

Basically anything 'Schumacher yellow' will work to a degree.
Minipins give the best ultimate grip but can make the car twitchy on steering. On my 2wd car indoors i like spikes rear with medium Schumy insert and either spikes front with cut medium insert or cut staggers and no insert. Gives a nice predictable car without the front feeling too lazy. Really it depends on your skill level and car to what will work best for you ![]() |

I've been using Kangawollafox inserts in my (F&R) tyres the last couple of years...basically like a medium, chubby schumacher insert I think.
This makes sure the tyres are well filled, and not too soft. Which on medium/high grip is far more consistent IMO.
