Ansmann w5 receiver/transmitter

Hello!

After a quick bit of advice, my old School 27mhz transmitter/receiver has finally given up. Looking for a cheap and cheerful replacement system! I'm only using one car so no need for multiples etc. This ansmann system keeps cropping up!

Anyone had any experiences with it? Any good? Opinions? Any advice would be great!!

I've got one that came with an rtr when I first started, its sitting around do nothing if u want to try it, the flap on top has come off an the receiver sticker has come off put your welcome to it for postage costs to try it mate
