The 632 is quite a slow motor, I geared for a final drive ratio of 7.8:1 on my X6, but still found it slow, so I guess 8 - 9:1 to start with and gear up.
You need to tempgun the motor after the run, aim for about 80C.

23/84 = 9.1:1
24/84 = 8.8:1
25/84 = 8.4:1
26/84 = 8.1:1
27/84 = 7.8:1
28/84 = 7.5:1

Tekin are releasing new rotors to up the Kv rating of the 6t and 5t (and maybe others) which should help. Make sure the R1pro has the latest firmware and the timing advance is set to 12deg for sensorless motor use.

I got up to a 32 pinion on my B4 on a 535 Redline motor and that is even slower. Must go higher with the batteries we have now.
