Sofware/Firmware update for my Speed Passion EX2.1 and LPF ESCs

Hi All,

i have a SP EX2.1 that i intend to use for supastox.
How do i upgrade the software to make it 'blinky'

I have found the Speed Passioni site very slow and not had much success trying to download firmware and software.

I have the Programmer and USB but have no idea what to do with the thing.

I also have a GT2.0 LPF lying about, can i get that to do the same thing?
