lrp lipo saddle help please

Hi All ,
Need help with lrp lipo saddle pack always used stick packs and never lipo`s
i have attached a picture is this how you balance charge saddle pack lipo`s ? as manual only shows stick arrangement

you need to plug that leed back in. the one that joins the pack and your good to go
