Premature outdrive wear!

Well I've emailed TD regarding my 210 outdrives, the diff nut side has worn out after 6 meetings and the other side is fine which means there's a material issue.

Its deformed more than worn which to me its not been hardened properly or not at all.

Hopefully TD get back to me soon, they were good when I had an issue with my 410.

Well I sent 2 emails, one Wednseday and one yesterday. Guess what nothing?

I hope there's a genuine reason for the none response and not a result of the change of ownership.

Yesterday was a saturday...... they'll be shut.
No excuse for no response from wednesday, I'm still waiting on a response from a couple of mails from july (?) got fed up waiting and rang them instead.

What was there reply?. I'm having the same probs as you. One is wearing quicker than the other though!

Same as me, emailed them some pics. I only did 6 meetings with mine though and the diff nut side was complely gone.

Replacements are on route and they want the old ones back fingers crossed the replacements aren't from the same batch.
