Default Tires for Carpet Track

Hi,

Can someone sheer some light on what tires works best for both the DEX410 & DEX210 on indoor carpet tracks? compounds/inserts/tips & tricks

2wd:
Schumacher Stagger ribs/mini pin front, mini pins rear

4wd
Schumacher mini pin front and rear


Dboots are worth a look as well. They wear a bit quicker than the Schumacher mini pins, but you can run them till they are near enough bald, as the rubber compound is differnt.

To be competitive with the shumies/dboots, not really, barcodes work ok with sauce and do less damage to the carpet, losi has a tire that looks like mini pins, if you get the pink/clay compound and apply aceton like traction compound once its mounted, it will make it harder and work as good as a real shumie mini pin

yellow mini spikes with medium inserts works best for the track I run on, its mostly carpet with polished floor

You will most probably need to run a closed cell foam, as rcjunky said, suburbs/barcodes could work.
