Another improvement.. steps are planned to be put in next to the start area! Will make life easier to get access to the track for marshalling

Oh and .. at the next meetings/national, please can people who bring kids make sure they arent climbing on the big banking! Because it has worn the back of it away and there is grass trying to grow on it

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, WE (the team - you guys know who you are) have put in a lot of hours down there in all weathers, and I'm glad everyone enjoyed the track.

We will be making improvements to it to as time goes on too

Also thanks to everyone who came to race on it, who travelled from near and far (very far in some cases!). Just to see it being used and enjoyed made it all worth while.

We had a few niggles, and I apologise for the delays etc, but we do try and run the NE in a professional but also friendly way - waiting for people if we can. We're just not so used to all the guests who needs to travel to get home - sorry guys.

ME regional on Sunday 26th July, I 'think' they'll run a guest heat for people interested, Jim can confirm.

I had a nightmare drive home, eventually getting in at 11.10pm with the Vectra on the back of a truck. She's dead Jim, but not as we know it.

Thanks again everyone, for helping, running, racing etc, every single person in that field made the whole thing great in my opinion. Now I'm gonna grab some rest

G

It was a great weekend, the weather was fantastic and the track is ace

Thanks to all that made it happen and made it enjoyable.

The only comment I can think could be about where the refs stand, I couldnt hear them from the other end of the rostrum.

Other than that it was great and thanks again to everyone involved.

Few pics from the 2wd on Sunday, didn't get any from 4wd since I was racing myself.
