Well lets face it, these companies are silent until it comes to promoting themselves - there's no mention of a departure from Serpent so why assume one.

 I still think serpent have restructured and possibly Team durango will be working along side the serpent name and using their cheaper production facilities

I wonder if the fact that they have a lot of extra arial wire sticking out of the arial tube hints at them branching out into the fishing market too?
