Due to poor weather we had the same issue at the last York regional. It was agreed that the "fairest" way was to allow any completed finals results to stand and the rest from qualifying.

I think its a bit unfair too... when we did our final, the meeting hadn't been abandoned and the people who didn't run did it out of choice... this also means I broke my car for nothing...!

At York the other week we used the results from the finals that had been completed, and qualifying for the ones that couldn't be run (I think??)

But its simple, its in the BRCA rules that if it is abandoned part way through results go on qualifying.

If you want the rule changed propose it for discusion at the AGM.

No way!! That bet was for Bury! AND it was wishbones/shock tower!

Plus... I think it was just the receiver, so by tomorrow it'll probably be dried out and ready to go again!

G, How did we get around that at York 2WD??

Surely Yorks results would need amending then, or did we eventually go off qualifying??

Well done mate - it was awesome to see you fighting for the lead in leg one - you were the fastest car on the track too.

What did you find ash? We went to wimpy on the way down and I personally collected all the rubbish and put it in the bin at the services. No 'wimpy' came to oswestry with us, that's for sure

Oh must have been someone else jimmy. I found lots of good stuff in the rubbish andsome bad i found my tea i found a sealled smoked ham and cheese sandwich. Which i openned and got one out and went to put it in my mouth ( but didnt) this made craig jones almost sick. and i found a bottle of water and some skips. My mum found a ZOO magazine. And a perfectly good umberella. I was very happy that i didnt find a used condom.

If your asking why i was searching through rubbish was because we wanted to do as much recycling as possible. We didnt mind the people who put there rubbish by the bin it was the people who just left there rubbish in bags spread around the field.

In the end we almost filled the plastic recycling bin.
