i was thinking of racing the febuary meeting, and as im from chester i would have to plan coming up+i run a model shop(ea models) so i would have to get cover for that weekend,i would like to book in for that meeting so i would need details off how to,and what specific motors etc... i will need to run .
ive got several vintage tamiya runners and a few tasty rc10's and would a traxxas trx3 be eligble to run or is it to young?

Last time the 'rules' were not strictly enforced, it's all about being in the spirit.

In my opinion, the TRX3 would really be too new but get it our for a run and people wouldn't complain. The rules are technically sealed can motors 20t and above however most of us (all the ones that actually ran in the competition last year) realised that they are just too slow to be fun so broke the rules and ran 19t motors which made it better than last year in my opinion.

No need to book in advance, it's 'only' a club night after all.

Default Is it still on today?

Are you all still racing the retros today?
It seems to have gone a bit quite on the vintage front.
If you are what time do you start and is there 240 volt power or do i need to bring a 12v battery.
cheers
