Finaly...first practice outdoor for the year...Nice and shiny...but the cold..app 4 degr celcus when we packed to leave....cold and oilweight..kind of hard to find perfect setup.

GreenHill is kind of bumpy and rough...GHEA Blue rear pistons and Red front. Yellow springs/Green. 30w rear and 32.5 front.. 5.5motor and a 17T piniong..Little hard, but working ace...

Atomic Carbon S4 action shots

Summercup in Orebro 8/5...First race for the season. Have the 1/18th season payed off? yes it did! =). Short text and some small pics...

This is the 3rd yera i race on this track,it is one of my favorits..This day, it was windy but dry, and the track was rock solid hard, the traction was REAL good when you were in raceline...outside that just loose dirt and sand. I used a 2008 5cells Nimh setup as a base..biggest change this year is

GHEA pistons
Internal springs in all shocks (erlier only in front)

Finaly i ended up with this.

Front.

45w oil,Orange piston GHEA,Lightgren spring
Middle in tower, outer on arm, Long upper link (using B44 casterblock)

Rear

32.5w oil,Blue piston GHEA,Yellow spring
Inner on tower, inner on arms, long link, using RE alu hub with .5deg outboard toein, total 3.5. 0-3AS block in the rear

Tires, Holeshot rear and front

Teamwave 5.5 motor and RB-50 ESC.

The car was real dialed, and swalowed the bumps REAL good!

With some bad luck, i DNF in Qualification 2 and A main 2 i finished 6 totalt, and Qualified as number 4. Rain came in A main 2...
