During the 4WD meeting i recorded the car type for each driver whilst i was scrutineering. The numbers and % are shown below.

Losi xx: 55 (46.2%)
Jconcepts BJ4: 22 (18.5%)
Yokomo MR4-BX: 11 (9.2%)
S4: 10 (8.4%)
Predator: 6 (5.0%)
Kyosho Lazer: 5 (4.2%)
X-Factory X5: 4 (3.4%)
Hotbodies D4: 3 (2.5%)
Tamiya 501x: 2 (1.7%)
Aero: 1 (0.8%)

Total 119 (one missing from my records, but it was probably a losi!)

That envelope is mine ash - I am guilty.. but since it was in a massive box of rubbish about 500 times bigger in volume and weight - and considering I ate 100% off-site and didn't race, I produced barely any rubbish at all, apart from that envelope that I brought with someone elses spare parts in,

I know the hoards of people who actually did leave a lot of rubbish probably didn't have their name on it - but who's counting hey! love you man

Back to the meeting...

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves, sorry about the weather on Sunday, but it could have been a lot worse based on the forecast from Friday. I think people preffered the track for this year? that seemed to be the general feedback.

Credit to Oz for a well organised meeting and a consistent grass track, usual congrats to the winners/star performers

Saturday was one of the rare times this year I've been at a big meeting and wished I was racing. Sunday however was one of the many this year that I was glad not to be!

Anyway, loads of pics from Sat to sort through but only a handful from yesterday. Sitting/crouching in wet grass and pointing a camera at low contrast balls of mud in poor light is no fun, so a limited gallery from Sunday is already on Photobucket.

2WD and random stuff to follow...

all on qualifying on sunday. Bad for pricey as he went from 10th to win his final, but it doesn't change the winner of the meeting.

But why? Surely if they've been run the result should be that! I had a crap day anyway, but i just think it's unfair to do that.
