It's been a while since I last raced on polished floor, but from memory something along the lines of

Front:
30wt
number 2 piston
brown spring

Rear
25wt
number 1 piston
green spring

I am pretty sure the camber links were as per kit, maybe lowering the rear inner ball stud to get some more side bite, and using the extra short wheel base modification to get some more forwards drive and initial turn in. Depends a bit on where you want your steering, seem to remember moving the rear camber link to the inner hole on the hub carrier to, although I can't remember how that affected the handling.

Thanks for the set up JCB, tried it out last night and it was really good ! Just want to try short front link and raising inner ball stud to get some more steering but the set up above is a great starting point for others to try.

Rough set up for Pro-line dirt arena B4
Front
shocks No1 piston 30wt
w/b inside hole
tower mid hole
brown spring
rest is std set up

Rear
shocks No2 piston 30wt
w/b inside hole
tower inside hole
silver spring
mid wheel base.

rest std

would suggest softer motor if you have one 7.5 25/81 gearing or 8.5 26/81 gearing

hope this helps

Are the team guys using Ghea Pistons on the B44?? if so are you running them all round or just Ghea in rear??

I take it No2 in the front, No1 in the rear??

can anyone suggest a gearing ratio for the b4.1 brushless rtr? it came with 21/81, moved it up to 26/81, then 28/81... and the motor (reedy 3300kv) is still cold after running??

Guys,

I am in need for an astroturf set-up for my B4FT. The track is very bumpy but without any larger jumps.

Also: I use slightly heavier Team Orion Molecular packs and I am not able to get hold of brass front bulkheads or similar stuff. Core RC lead weight is at hand so I can use this to balance/up-weight the buggy.

I looked at the set-up sections here on oOple as well as PetitRC but I didn't found suitable information.

Thanks in advance

Dude the best place to look is CML website, they have all the team driver set ups, take a look at a grass set up on there, to be honest the B4 set up doesnt change alot, most of the time you just swap from Blue to Silver springs on the front.
