I like my XXX Hybrid, which is very close to CR spec and will be getting all CR bits next week ready for the National.

It's a bit of a half way house for me. I never liked how loose the B4 back end felt, and how it would suddenly jump 3 inches off line in the middle of a corner for no reason. When I tried my BK2 at Batley the back end was planted, but the thing didn't steer enough. The Hybrid (CR) retains a planted back end but with more steering, just what I wanted.

I have also come to the conclusion that for a long time I have had too much steering, now I'm dialing it out a little I'm able to drive harder and more consistant (both 2 and 4wd). I just need to drive even harder now!

I am different, I much prefered the way the Blade went on a flat grass track, it just went to peices on a rutted track. My experience of Losi was with an original XX which would snap hub carriers for just no apparent reason.

I got a BK2, and it seems to have the same 'billion' settings as the XX, which when you aren't racing regular, is just to much to learn.

dud, I have seen the rear hubs, and man, there are nearly as many holes in one hub as the whole of the rear of the B4.....

I do think the BK2 is a quicker car, but I could never make it consistent and quick.... where as the B4... erm, it just goes.

I wonder how much of this is the rose tinted glasses that carl is wearing - new toy mania.

I've heard a few bad things, If you read rctech.net there are a few issues people are having - but this always happens on new cars.
