Why flip rear pivot blocks on X-5?

i use to race with the rear hubs from a xxxcr truck
they have 3 ball stud hole,s and are realy durable
no more snapped ballstuds

Did anyone try flipping the pivot block on a xxx-cr (or a cr2)?

If so, what effects did it have?
