Does the £36 per class include control tyres?

No

Please have a look to the race website and read the "news/talk" part AND "rule" part. All your answers are certainly inside otherwise use the news/talk part to ask me.

thank you of your attention and have a good weekend.

£36 for the day for 1 class with no tyres included in the race fee. WOW!

bet you get a T-shirt that no one will wear though!

What makes this event more expeensive than all the others we raced at this year, the F345's and F2/juniors/vets were a £5 weren't they? and they were great weekends

Oople was a bit dearer but that was well worth the money

The question is how many times have you got the chance to rub shoulders with the best in europe and the world (several drivers last year where worlds A finalists and winners) on the rostrum. You dont get that at the f's event.

Not sure thats worth the premium, the chances of me racing against any of the top flight are tiny.... (and if I did I would just get destroyed)

There has been worlds level bods at MA before during a normal club night and it made no difference to my night at all..

As much as I do want to do this event and have registered! I have been struggling to justify the price!
Maybe the price is set to stop people my standard from entering!
It's over 300% more than your usual race!!!!
Decisions decisions!!!

Yes it's higher than most but it should be a cracker.... how, IMHO ALL race fees are two low considering the time and investment related to running a club/meeting.

That is DEFINATELY true.. Putting race meetings on is so marginal and costs keep going up..

Just seems odd that the Silverstone lads ran some awesome weekend meetings at MA, with mental tracks for £10, yet for Petit its £36....

Difficult to justify that....

The past UK (and possibly the French) Petit meetings have been in the same ballpark price wise so its not a surprise. I am sure it will be well attended and a great event, grab it while you can and enjoy.

From a personal point of view, the £36 cost would be much less of an issue if I knew where I was going to be racing. Can't justify paying ANY amount of money to race at an undisclosed venue, I'm not interested in racing "somewhere off junction 15" so I'll not be bothering
