Right ok, the day is near and I need to do some final preperations at the track ready for our first night of racing.

Here is the plan, from 6pm I shall be at the club on the TUESDAY night where I/WE will be relaying the track and ramps. There is going to be:

Me
Matt Bailey
David bailey (Maybe)
anyone else who can help out

this will also involve a little play to ensure the track flows correctly and the ramps are positioned correctly.

if anyone would like to help out and have a sneeky little play then please come along I will be their from 6pm till about 9pm.

I just hope people enjoy themselfs on Wednesday evening and come back each week then when the outdoor track is finished in May we have members to play outside

Hi the postcode is LL13 9JU, we are on the Wrexham industrial estate opposite Kellogs. I will be their from 5:30 and racing starts at 7. Looks like it will be a good turn out. When the outdoor track is finished we will move straight out!!!!

Just getting the car ready Adrian.

Loads of the people I persuaded to come along and dropping out for various reasons. Shame, but can't be avoided for some.

I'm still coming anyway and looking forward to it.

By the way, do you have power?

And are you setup for AMB personal transponders?

Thanks.

Ok...great!

Are the power points in the room next to the track as usual?

And are the benches still there, so no need to bring a pit table?

Sorry for the massive barrage of questions, but finally, is it 7pm start / practice or get-in? Trying to plan my way around traffic from Warrington that's all.

Yes we have sockets all round the room and their are pit benches in place. The only benches without power are in the middle of the room.

All you need to bring is your race gear.

I have laid the track out this evening which can be tweeked on the night depending on what people think. This is my first track I have laid so it might need changing slightly.

See you all tomorrow!!

PS: Doors open when I get their at 5:30 and racing starts at 7pm. People can book in from when I open the doors.

Well just got back from Wrexham and have got to say it was a good laugh. Great job everyone.

Will definitely come back at some point, and really looking forward to the completion of the outdoor track. 45m x 35m is a great space to have - you lucky Wrexham folk!

Here's some action shots - pretty crap quality sorry.

Can I just say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who attended!!!

After tonight from speaking with people, we are going to have another building weekend! We are HOPEFULLY going to build a table top and a double ramp which will be a substantial size!!

Everyone seemed to have fun especially playing on the new WALL OF DEATH!

The response from people was they are going to come back next week for more fun.

See you all next week!

Matt Bailey and myself built a new ramp on Saturday ready for this Wednesday. The new ramp is 8ft long and 6'6 wide and looks like a double with a kicker on the on ramp and a landing ramp.

Dont forget buggy racing is every Wednesday!!!!
