Martin and others work very hard to try and bring a balanced track for all, please don't forget this.

If you wish to assist Martin please step forward.

i do like to hear this feedback it helps me to make the track better most of the track is allmost 3m wide but some parts of the track where it is only 2.5 m i just havent got the room 2 go wider the biggest problem i have is safe marshalling spots the only thing we can do is 2 re design the whole track and go 3m so we are looking into this now and changes will be made and i am going to make a big jump at some point

Should say thanks to all that organised and run the days down there. My first time with a newly built car (0 laps before) and first race meeting meant a big learning curve

Dont know if you guys are still looking for 'things' I remember seeing an amp and speaker requirement at one point but I'm sure between us we can all club together and take the place and meetings to the next level.

I think the tracks wide enough tbh but yes a big challenging jump would be great. I was wondering if there would be a way of setting up two jumps that you have so that it would be possible to 'double' them.

How about a smaller jump before the table top in it's current location. This would also give a challenge in that you'd have a choice of the 'racing line' and take a little jump then over the table top or a wide line run up and jump onto the top of the table.

I have ramps that would be good for this at the bracklesham club. I could bring them along for a trial run. Happy for my car to be used to set positions as it's cheap if I break it!

Should be along next week.

I had a great day. It is nice when tracks get changed alotn but I also understand the work involved. Great venu (the bit you can control) Would have been nice if the farmer tidy'd up a bit. But I love it all the comitty are friendly and helful and try to be accomodating which is very pleasent.

Both the MR Browns seem to learn eveyones name very quickly and make new comers very welcome.

Thank you Can't wait till august.

Chaps appreciate all comments, we will strive to improve all aspects of your racing experience at the club

Can you put your name at the bottom of your posts so I can put a face to it, would be most appreciated as not sure of oople names?

Results will be posted tonight, so a clear understanding of where people sit within the championship, with 2 rounds to go

Don't forget our next round is on the 21st August there will be no racing on the 28th, so the plan is to take any torch racers to Surrey & Hants on the 28th. A change from the astro to grass and dirt Hopefully a dry one Neil

Thanks steve

Steve the summer series thread here http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63494 still lists 28th Aug. Had a great day, shame my speedo blew up before the finals. Thanks to Wylie for a lend of his Durango . Regarding the track i'd like it to stay the same for a while so i can look back over my times and see if i improve or not!

Loved the day, after sorting out the loss of top speed thank you rc lazy for your help on that one, and to Steve for the gearing. I think the guys at the club are doing a great job and I have a great day everytime even if the car Is having a bad day.

Some people just need to realise racing accidents happen and some times the marshalling is not great but no one is trying to ruin your day or race on purpose.

Easiest way to avoid bad marshalling - don't crash!

Hangs head in shame after 2 rolls in the finals. only had to shout marshal once though - was a early shunt and marshal was talking with friend about their own race. 2nd one was well rescued.
