Yeah, the Aero will definately be a very good car out of the box. I for one would get one if i was changing rides.

The Aero has a donor car though if the production version is like the prototype, it's called a Durango

I met Danny Claes at our last indoor race and he really is one of the nicest guys I've met in RC. The car is hopefully coming out soon now as the only thing missing are the CVD's from MIP. Of course it looks like a Durango but that has been discussed ad nauseam all over the place already.

I really hope it takes off and I had the money to put where my mouth is

I find it cool that there is so much diversity in 4wd this year and that they all seem to go like the clappers

God I'm looking forward to the outdoor season

I think Aero could do with putting out a few photos of the finished car ( May be some but I've not seen any) as this would put peoples mind at rest who are waiting. They appear to be very slow on the PR front. But maybe they have been cought out by the number of people ordering the car.
This looks a great car I have heard a lot about it but seen very little of it.
This I hope is constructive comment, I am not having a dig at anyone just saying what I think so I hope nobody is going to jump on me

To be fair there are a lot of pics around of the prototype car, the main change is the plastic chassis, the concept is still the same.

What more is there to see?

For me if I were going to part with over £250 I would want to see exactly what I was getting.(But I still wouldnt want the wife to see it)

Is that all it is i thought we were looking £300 plus for it?

I may have my wires crossed.

I know what you mean by seeing what your getting but to be honest nobody will really know what were getting until its put on the track. Just because its pretty doesnt mean it will work. or vice versa

Where can I get info on this kit? Although I have a B44 in the post it is against my spirit, much prefer racing somethng less popular!!

It sounds expensive for a car with aplastic chassis though? Or am I being blinded by carbo bling?

don't discount something because its 'plastic'

yes, toys are made from 'plastic'

but plastic is such a wide term for a material, Bob and Danny know their stuff, they would have chosen the material based on performance.

now I have plugged Aero, might as well Plug Atomic Carbon, the upcoming B44 option parts should make your B44 a little more unique

the b4 doesnt perform right until you use a PLASTIC chassis
it is the way to go

Yeah I didn't mean to diss plastic, it just seems for 4wd most cars are carbon with a bottom chassis and top decks! I had an RB5 for a bit though and loved the chassis stiffness on that!
