Moth,

I would also suggest buying from fibrelyte the zx steering plate as it stops bumpsteer (its the straight one compared to the angled ends on the ZXR) when connected to the blue steering arms.

Longer Ujs for the front so you can use the other hole in the castor blocks, as this gives the car more control and more stability as the front is wider the rear follows.

I've decided to go ahead with a lazer zx-r racer. I'm convinced it will be stronger than what is out there right now. I'm going to use that stiffer chassis I found and I'm going to switch to fiberlyte shock stays. Any other suggestions?

moth we can make a trade you can take the blonds in the swedish hockey team and trade them for the canadien skipper Cheryll Bernard damn she is hot every time she slides a cross the ice down low i fanatsise that she is crawling up in my bed from .....damn i have to go and ...hm do stuff...
And i would like to comfort her since they lost the finals to who was it again ?? cant seam to remember who was they lost to moth ?? any ideas.

So now we calculate ratio's of metal's to population...did you see that Canada has the most gold metals...that's never happened, the gouvernment actually funded the athelets these past four years. In the past our olympians payed for most of their training with little help from Canada.

On an other note, I just bought a lot of lazer parts to finish my racer. What should I use as electronics...stick or saddle. What size motor..brushed or brushless

You're partly right moth, the Own the Podium Program is the funding you're talking about. It seems to have helped a good deal!

Saddles balance the car better so would advise that. I would recommend you guys telling me the distance between the rear battery post to the front battery post in MM so i can see if my Lipo tray i designed will be a direct fit. Also i need the distance from the front post from left to right, all measurements from the centre of the screw hole. If yes then you can buy Lipo saddle packs no more than the vampire 4400 as any bigger they wont go under the top deck.

Motor i would advise a 6.5 and liked the Losi as it was cheap. Otherwise get an lrp x12 but to use this properly you will need the lrp sxxtc esc. If too pricey losi do a package deal with motor and esc but the esc is not always reliable. The tekin rs pro esc is what i used to use and never failed me at all.

Ratio, well you PM me what you have bought and i will give you a starting point. You need the motor to come off after a five min race at a hand warm temperature, quite the opposite to brushed motors where they come off really.

Hope this helps.

The front hubs you already have do have two holes. Take the pin out of the wishbone and the hub will come out. You should notice another hole thats hidden when attached to the wishbone and thats the one to use with the longer driveshafts.
