Who is he ......???

If I'd have meant Phil I'd have writen "Phil, please share the info with everybody".

It was meant as a general comment .... we don't want our pits to turn into a towel fest like snouring cars do we ....

Why do people get so up tight over things and take general statements personally???

I am very sorry if I offended anybody but I can't see how ..........

Pop over to the Kyosho section and I'll share what I went through on my cars spring wise. Losi springs fit but you'll find it difficult to get a low enough ride height at the front or high enough at the rear! There are ways around that though......

Don't forget to wait till you know what springs you'll be using so you can paint a shell up to compliment them ..

The thing is Rog everyone knows what springs the HB UK drivers have been using & that there working on springs of there own.
But with the team they have if anyone wants to know something they just need to ask Ive never seen Phil, Tom or Tony be anything but transparent with what there doing!

Wasn't aimed at anybody or any company in particular ..... I seem to have come across differently to I meant to!!!!

All I was trying to say is that teams are there to promote the products and help other drivers so they can make best use of the products. You have to remember that a lot of people don't feel comfotable just walking up to the "stars" and striking up a conversation so realy on what filters down and importantly what they see on the grid.

Based on that I just don't think that covering up anything ... even if for astetic (SP?) reasons is not in the best interests of the manufacture.

When I first went to rallycross with the TTR EB4S3 I was really impressed to see the TTR team often had the current set-up on a set-up sheet on the side of their pit area ..... it often changed through the day as they got more out of the car. That made it really easy and got a quite few people interested in the car even though in the main it wasn't the fashionable choice .... purely because they knew the team where there for them. Jon Dell and Jon Hazelwood would even take people's cars and work on them for them.

I wasn't trying to get at anybody or any company, just saying that such things can (and do) put people off a brand of car.

As you know I have known both Phil and Tom for a very long time and they have always been very friendly and helpful to everybody as you say.
