Maybe we want to know what the carpet will be like so people can have some sort of starting setup? because last year i ended up with spacers all over the place on my car and an anti roll bar.

Howay man! It's off-road! Expect the unexpected! Can't believe people are getting the knickers in a twist over carpet grip levels on a track that hasn't even been laid yet.

Sounds more like a "snoring" car conversation to me!!!

Yeah Lee your right!! as for the electric, as it says in my earlier post, Chris will confirm I'm sure as soon as he reads this. I would find it very hard to believe that a worlds event would be held there if no electric was available.

I know some seem to think we are in Scotland but we do have electricity this far up

From what I rememeber, there are power points on the walls, so power will be there, but it will be upto drivers and pit crew to distribute it throughtout the pit areas with extensions etc.

I am waiting for an email back from the centre today regarding this.

I am also going to look at the venue tonight or tomorrow night, so I will know better then.

Does anyone have any special requests for when I go to the centre?? Perhaps a drinks price list from the bar, a menu, colour scheme of the hall etc?

Chris, could you run from one end of the hall to the other, so we get an idea of how big it is.

Cheers

Lee

2PM onwards at Temple Park, though we are unsure at the moment what time in the morning we will need to get stuff from Chuter Ede etc.

Temple Park have confirmed that there are power sockets on the perimeter wall of the pitting area and track area.

12V batts are allowed if in leak proof container.

The centre doors will be open at 7:30 AM.

I'd like to see every jump have a downramp (we tried to do this at York, only one small jump didn't), as it makes them much better.

That'll do for me.

Same for me, also keep in mind a flowing track provides cleaner racing.

Im not going to tell people how to build a track or complain on the day if its not to my liking, i know there are some experienced racers designing the track and i know the amount of time that goes into setting up and organising a meeting like this.
