my first rc was one of those cheap buggies that flipped over when i was like 12, truck on one side, car on other, charge it for like 12 hours and get 10 mins drive time haha, but was the bees knees at that age lol... but my first proper one is a mardave v12, started just over year ago, im such a newbie

Remember it well! In about '86 I was given a Nikko Black Fox for christmas.
It was my pride and joy. Always wanted a Grasshopper but I lost interest for 20+ years and have just returned to the hobby.

I didn't get my first propper rc car till i was 34.
i got a Duratrax evader rtr buggy.tough as old boots. then my rc racing obsession started when it took it racing to fastracks racing. Im forty now and run tourer and buggy n still loving it.
