Oooh useful thread this.
Yorak you've probably moulded your parts by now, but a good tip is to do what we used to do making props (before you could get a good range of EP props), get a little carbon fibre cloth, cut it up into very fine shreds and mix it in with the epoxy resin. Adds lots of strength.
