I pesonally think that the BRCA fee is small, Well for the amount of fun you can have properly racing. Just think now you can properly enter more or less any type of meeting and be coverd! All of the 'Racing doors' (elec & nitro) have been opend plus just think of all the nice people you can meet trackside too!

Stampy you'll be surprised but here we earn less than people in UK but we have about the same fees if not higher. I even have to pay fees to my local club I'm member of. Racing fees are even slightly higher here. And know what - we are racing. Compared to prices you put into cars it's not that much. And it's much better than driving on the road in front of house alone.
