Dude - do you really think he could answer that question with any other then ONE answer, no matter what he felt????

Think you need to give him a break lol - he's done ONE race meeting on a completely new track with it lol

Have to say that my BX was totally awesome at CML Raceway (Lee’s track); I’m far from the best driver but the car was performing perfectly all day, I’d happily share my set up with anyone if they thought it would help in the future.

It was so fast even Jimmy couldn’t get a photo of it!

[quote=Nick Goodall;14345]I think the real test will be when Ellis starts running his? Surely if he doesn't carry on making National A's the writing's on the wall?

It'll be interesting to see if he's quicker than Tricky and his XX-4... with today's motors/batteries i don't see how the XX-4 has a disadvantage with 3 belts like it used to (when dumping & outright punch was a problem).....

He did look very quick, and very at home with it so i'm sure he'll be right up there as usual!

It's bling-ed up and is on the subs bench ready to take over when I smash my other one up, oh Ian might be testing it at Tivy next Sunday as well.

Ellis's X5 was flying, in a league of his own, had he raced there before or does he just learn tracks really really fast (being a 'pro' and all)?

the x5 has a different weight setup and everyhing is much closer to the centre than on the XX4.

He did look good, and hadn't run there before but then neither had Craggy to be fair

I think it'll be a good year for Off Road in 2007, it's good to see some drivers running cars i never thought they would!

Chris looked odd in his proline jumpsuit. I wasn't ready for it.

I know what you mean, i remember Ellis running a Cat in 4wd, and then Losi since the XX-4 came out - it must be weird changing after all these years!

Chris i guess is the same, from the Juniours i did in 93 he was running Losi & Schumacher and then Losi's ever since!

Wonder if there will be any more changes before the 2007 season?

Will be good to see some more 4wd's running next time, i wonder what sort of lap times they'll do in the dry  ! Lee's managed a Sub 21 with his B4 in the dry!
