Did you know the tungsten is the same metal used in kitchen sinks,
to prevent corrision, most of you probably already know that tho

Damn they better be good for $21 dollars a set, I mean 2 sets is $42
Talk about expensive. .................................................. ......

I'm sure it will be worth it in the long run.

Losi?? as I know people are switching out the B4 spring for a Losi spring. The Tamiya spring just isn't 'springy' enough, so the spring collapses between loose at locked.

haha ace, when I do my kitchen next, I won't ask for Stainless Steel, I am going to ask for a Tungsten one.... pmsl.... better still, to be able to wash up fast.... go lightweight and stiff.... get a Titanium sink

What a tool

Tbh, I don't really mind the slipper spring. I like my slipper to slip always on acceleration - I'm just crazy like that I guess. On one of my 501X's I have a BK2 diff spring on the slipper - and that's the one that most people go for. It's a really meaty beast of a spring and the adjustment is a lot finer than the original - I mean you move the nut a fraction of a turn instead of 1-2 turns!

When I buy my wife, at first she cook good, her vagine worked well, she strong on plow, but three years later when she was fifteen, she receive hair on her chest, her voice become deep, "BORAT, BORAT", and her vagine hang like sleeve of wizard. Maybe this, like thing you call diff, your spring is like wizard sleeve, or you could have retardation like bilo.

My wife, she is dead.

HIGH FIVE, now i have CJ

This CJ was like no Kazakh woman that I have seen. She had golden hairs, teeth as white as pearls, and the asshole of a 7 year old.

so wrong that last one.

The diffs run fine btw, just dont over tighten them as I did.

i ran DCMs daughters rear diff at the national after i killed the new one he built for me and it was fine, yeah the screw is a thin job, but as you dont set the diff tighness any where near a b4 diff ( tighten all the way up and back off 1/4 of a turn) there isnt that much stress put on it.

as for the spring on the slipper i ran the kit one but did find a full turn almost did jack shit to the setting

I have not had any belts go yet and would hope that these last as long as the well built Kyosho cars (2 belts in 10 years is really good). If it does then bang on. Oh by the way, Craig Harris can pretty much verify the belt wear on my lazers and the amount I raced every week, as he was at most of them.

This guy is the Alistair darling of RC

the last time someone was as wrong as you, was when a politician stepped off an aeroplane in 1939 waving a piece of paper in the air saying there will be no war with Germany.

To be fair though if you have your diffs and slippers slipping your never going to snap a belt are you

I've got a feeling Clarkson is a 2nd username for someone already a member...?

Welshy may well find this stuff better than standard kit bits, and they may well be, I for one like hearing about mods people make Even though I haven't git my Tam anymore!

BUT I think we should refrain from calling the Tamiya bits substandard in this case, their diff's are perfectly ok as kit, they don't slip too much and there's nothing wrong with the screw etc! Otherwise people may go out and buy these bits unnecessarily!
