the marshall at no.1 just picked up a seized car, looket at it for like 2 seconds then layed upside down at his marshall point??? wtf?

Ok, we stopped for 30 minutes to wait for better weather. Currently it's too dangerous to marshal since track is so slippery. So there's going to be a pause.

because as a marshall your not supposed to fix or mess with cars at euro events,that can include turning off the car,so if its broke you lay the car down upside down incase the driver turns his tx off or the car has water damage and becomes a runaway...unless you mean the marshall layed upside down at his marshall point

I have a video of a marshall falling over and doing the splits because it was so wet on the grass. I just laughed my head off, it was that funny.

Ok. Sorry that I haven't been able to reply to your questions. It has been a bit busy during last hour. About the team managers meeting.. It was just a normal meeting that had been scheduled already earlier so there was no special reason etc why it were gathered.

About the finals. Like said earlier they will be filmed and you will see close ups from the cars. Look specially for the practice A-final where we have some time to take good looks from the cars.

Because of the team managers meeting I wasn't able to approve round 4 results and overall results until the meeting was finished. This was because I was in the meeting and also all EFRA referees who will check points together with me. So that was the reason for the delay.

About other softwares for time keeping etc, we use Sparc 2 here. Originally we planned to use Jlap and bought it over year ago, but it suffers from bad stability issues and simply there was no point to use it here, so we decided to go with Sparc 2 since it is very reliable and we have been running all warm-up event and last years EFRA GP with it without any problems.

Oh yeah and about the setup.. we also have five 42" TFT displays here showing results. 2 at the pit tent, 2 at the track and 1 at the cafeteria.

We continue round 5 at 12.30 (local time). That is in 8 minutes. Heat 8 next.

Final practice 13.30 and actual finals start at 14.40. Depends from the weather etc naturally. Might be a bit later for the practice at least.
