Ah yes, let me clarify, I would prefer to run the 1 way on the layshaft, and that is not avaliable, could have run a 1 way, if the 1 for the s-4 fit, I think?????

I ran diffs and full time 4wd in practice 1, and then tried the centre oneway with diffs, and it was just soooo much quicker.

Was it just me or was the tyre wear on sunday horendous?

the spikes do wear quick but its the compound that works there so old tyres work just fine

i did practice and first 3 heats on a worn set of tyres from Taly. I changed to a new set for round 4 and got worse!
i thought tyres were fine!

I found the best compromise was to use worn tyres, new ones lacked bite on the tarmac and concrete sections. And were a handful on the astro.

i thought tyres were more crucial on the rear of the 2wd, to get driving traction

I used worn ones through practise and then for the first run, but they were no good. I found that new were deffo better, but i suppose it all depends on the car set up too. Didn't matter too much on the tarmac really as there was more astro than tarmac.
