I'm impressed.

My list isn't quite that long:

Yamaha YZ125 WC-trimmed, 84-87 - superb machine!

First car: Opel Manta A, 1971, 2.0 engine (pic from 1988, I was 18 then). Did a full restoration of the car, including fully painted motor room etc - but boy does those Opels rust!!!

Honda Accord 2.0 1990-model - company car
Opel Cadet 1,3 - totally, utterly crappy car
Honda Accord 2.0 1986-model - very good car
Now driving a 2000-model Saab 9-5 Estate 2.0 BSR-tuned 230 BHP - love it, one engine blown though...

Hahaha Lee that's why my Evo VI had to go! Can't say you didn't save a fortune though i bet? Mine was a nightmare on Fuel let alone the 3000 mile servicing for the god damn AYC Fluid!

I had high hopes it'd get me laid back then...

Looking back now it's really horrible!

The car:
-raised in the back
-"salmon stairs" in the back window
-tinted sidewindows (film)
-4x brakelights
-curvelights
-a fox tail on the antenna not much later...

The 80s guy:
-permanent (curls) & stripes, "hockey style" haircut
-Hollies sand blown leather jacket
-acid washed jeans, way too short & very tight
-white socks with red & blue stripes
-moccasins / "indian slippers"
-RayBan Round Metals sunglasses. Later Opel sunglasses to top it all off...

It wasnt cheap nick but it was awesome, so so fast and just stuck to the road, it was like a guided missile

I would have another tomorrow though, i bought an R6 to make up for it but its not the same, if you crash a bike it hurts more

And probably a few that I've forgotten together with a similar number of assorted motorcycles. Still got the Passat estate & the other half has had a few cars as well up to her current 2004 VW Polo. Best car of the lot, despite being a big old barge, was the Series 3 XJ12 if you discount the fuel consumption!

You mean if you're lucky enough to feel the pain.....

I honestly don't think i'd go for another one now, i think the M3 was a far nicer everyday car - I couldn't physically just plod about in the Evo as it cost the same in fuel no matter what so it made me want to go fast everywhere! Just the pure acceleration was awesome, and roundabouts always bought a smile to my face haha! The M3 took far more concentration to drive fast but felt better at the higher speeds as it just kept pulling like a train! I'd love an E46 M3 another day, they just sound so hard lol
