I used 2 packs of my SMC EnerG's 4600 cells(451sec@ 35Amp, 1.235V, 1.3IR) on Sunday at coventry.Used in an S4 with a Novak 5.5L Brushless system. Really pleased with them.
Well impressed with punch from cells. Never dropped during the 5 Mins race.
Duff cell sorted out on the 3rd pack. SMC sending new cell in post.

Ran them yesterday and they are simply awesome! 2 warm up laps, a final then another 3-4 mins and still didnt dump, in a 4wd that is pretty impressive! Not sure how long i could have gone for but they never went off at all!

Anyone else got some experience of the Orions?

I've always used their IB's in the past, so am leaning towards Orion for this season.

Am I right in saying that even though the supplier for the EnerG4600 cells states SMC that the ones matched by Team Almighty are the same and will therefore be BRCA legal?
