Right I've been balancing my packs since I posted last so they are spot on.
Ran a pack down to 6.4v earlier in the week so I popped it back on balance mode again to charge it up for tomorrow. Packs are Team Orion Carbon 4500mah 45C saddles. On full charge the CoreRC UAC40 said it had put 5000mah back into the pack...
