Had a good couple of races last night with Mr Doughty and Co. Should be good when we get a full group on.
Watch that Doughty bloke though, he got disqualified in one race and a dangerous driving warning from the other !!! Disgraceful!

I think now, with the amount of people we have, we need to have two 'qualifying races' with the top 6 from each going through to a Final race.
Just need to get it sorted with dates and times.

I had something similar that happen to me at the weekend in canada... got taken out, hit the wall, went airborne and then landed on a car only to be given a penalty!
 Had another race where one guy blitzed me at a hairpin and the next chicane, both full on contact where he used me as a break and he got nothing for it when i checked at the end of the race! The penalty system used in the game does seem to be rather random at times...

Some good racing tonight;
Me Doughty Olly Jefferies Nick Goodall Terry Atkinson Shaun Atkinson I think Paul Rotheram may also have been involved. We did Suzuka with Monsoon (literally!) qualifying and then a dry race - dominated by Olly Jefferies ahead of me and Nick I think. Next was Melbourne - won by Shaun. I have no idea who was 2nd and 3rd as I was so far behind after getting my front wing changed for the 3rd time! D'oh! Doughty's a dirty biatch when he's losing - disgraceful behaviour for a former Euro Chimp! Was good tho!

I was second Mark.
Then it was the AI cars down to you lot.Some good close racing, and some not so good! lol Shame about Xbox live though really, with all the problems with the party and the lagging on Olly's car....oh, and the echo.....echo....echo... Good fun though this online racing.

Yeah I popped in for Melbourne, couldn't get the car to turn in! Not my favourite track, much prefer turkey, turn 8 being great!
Still hardly had chance to play it, still a great game, always enjoy it when I put it on. I made one overtake at Melbourne, not sure who it was against but it's moments like that which makes it all rewarding!

it was a lot of fun, the gradually getting wetter suzuka qually was really good fun.
I need to work on finding my brake points on all the tracks, I was lost at Melbourne for qually and half the race Mark - that was clearly a 50/50, only Koyabashi can do someone on the outside of a tight corner

I don't know why but my headset packed up for the 2nd race we did, i kept trying to fiddle with the connection on the straight but it wouldn't work....
I had a great start and then got wheel to wheel with a Williams and ended up just getting on the grass and spinning around - Think i spun in front of Paul in the Virgin, then i needed to get a new wing and Tyres so started to pick up a bit then crashed again needing another wing and tyres lol. It was awesome though, i just need to start practising on other tracks - I think i've only ever actually driven about 6 of them anyway so i may start doing some time trials if i can resist racing online as soon as i turn it on
