Grr, went to another lipo type (different brand, pretty confident different actual cells too), and my tally is now 5 out of 6 lipo's swelling a bit first charge!?

Manufacturers are basically saying if they are not overcharging or discharging below 6v then they'll be safe, but.....

Just seems weird, I guess charger could be overcharging, with separate balancer checking them after charge they has all been between 4.19 and 4.21 (only one measured 4.21 once), just don't get why it's happening or how safe it is!!

What is your ESC and what motor are you running?
