It's truly wonderful that you are prepared to give up your time to look after a disabled person, but draw the distinction between caring for someone and leading your own life. Don't use Sam's disabilities as an excuse for your complaints about a club you didn't check out.

I thought that someone had allready mentioned it being wheelchair friendly, but obviously they hadn't, so my mistake. I didn't have a go at anyone for it not being wheelchair friendly or not saying whether it was or not, originally, this meeting was for Cardiff anyway.

Can we just drop this now please.

You sort of said it yourself that you only got yourself to blame for forgetting to check, sort of makes your whole first post rant pointless.

As a member of swansea club, who along with others gave up their sat & sun to help set the track up(without even racing) rather than spend it with our family's, I'm cheesed of with your rant about wheel chair access when I know myself & others would of been happy to of helped you but we are not mind readers!

you stated you did not have a go at anyone, but does starting a thread with Swansea as the Title & an unhappy face next to it do anyone any favours?

There is always people there that will drop anything they are doing to help you at any point or time whether this involves electrc or nitro racing

2 years ago when my sight was lost after a receiver pack exploding in my face when i came back to racing 1 2 long gruelling months after everyone was superb with me Nothing to much trouble for anybody all i had to do was ask for any help i needed;

The drivers knew my sight had been severally damaged and even respected me fully when i was out racing on the track by helping and aiding me in anyway the could

I could not have asked for any more help,support that all these drivers gave and showed me so it is the

SAME OLD SAYING ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK !!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to all the people who have offered or would have helped to get Sam in the building, however, I have said in a few posts that Sam would not have felt comfortable with this, he's just too "nervy" to have been able to trust anyone helping him up or down the stairs, not that I'm saying that anyone would deliberately let any harm come to him.

Please understand that I wasn't having a go at anyone, I was just very upset, and if by postings I've upset anyone, then I sincerely apologise, it was never my intention to do that.

I think you need to count to 10 before posting in future, you might well have been angry but you come across as very agressive and confrontational when there's no need to be.
Constructive critique would be to ask for details such as disabled access to be included in the information available (if it already isn't). Ranting on at people who've worked hard to make an event isn't cool tho.

Best we close this thread and move on.
