Think B44 nuts are imperial not metric though.

hpi/hot bodies and shuey are the same as tamiya ones mate
As for ae ones, i used to put a dot of threadlock on and let it go off before the nut went on. seemed to work

Would it be okay to put non-flanged nuts on the back, and put them on nyloc first? Even with a washer to spread the load against the face of the wheel. This is what I do on my Mardave as I had problems with nuts coming off.

Wouldn't help on the front I know.

Just a half-drop of blue loctite and the nut isn't going anywhere in my experience.

I really don't find a problem.
I just take 10seconds to check them in the 1/2hour between races...

The new blue ones that MK Racing do are spot on and don't come loose.
