right here s an up date guys i ve spoken to telstamp today and have discussed the matter with him the handset is in working condition as his advert stated on ebay and the spectrum system is modified to fit thruogh the top of the handset but when he packed it the areiel had nt broken and when i recieved it it was broken so this may have happened in transit , telstamps ebay listing stated high feed back and is a good seller so, my apologies to telstamp on this matter and i hope he accept s my apology , we have now reached an agreement to resolve this matter , i will also be sending an email to jimmy to close this thread , your views have been mixed and thanks for the feed back guys ,as some one said im a stand up guy and should have been more precise in my puchase so no hard feeling to telstamp thanks graham
