I'll answer queries about these springs later, busy now. they look the same wire as the new yz-2 springs, but yatabe are shorter and heavier ratings. working on a proper chart as Allan said, which will feed in to update the petit rc charts with correct values for all yokomo springs bmax and yz-2 sets. just busy with work to get it all done quickly.

the first chart in the link is not correct i believe. i have tested the purple YATABE springs and find them way softer than the chart gives .
for example , i have put the rear YATABE purple (chart 2.97 ) against the rear YOKOMO green (chart 2.05 ) when i put these 2 springs togeter en push them on both ends against each other , the YATABE purple will bee totaly pressed in , and the YOKOMO green not . so in my opinion , the YATABE purple is softer than the YOKOMO green . so there is deff someting wrong with the numbers i'm affraid ... is there any formula witch i can use to convert the N/cm to the usual lb/in ? grts Hans |

The image is correct. You just can't convert ratings as you don't know how the springs are measured. The spring rates in the image are measured with the same device by Bjorn Prumper. I personally have the whole Yatabe set and some from the normal range, the measurements by Bjorn are accurate.
And, lb/in isn't usual. It's American. cm/in is metric. Metric rules. :P
