I'll be Mardaving it on Friday again. I enjoyed the insane straight line speed and seemingly endless grip... Got really good by round 3. Sadly it got crappy for the final (too much grip). I need to plan my additive applications better

I'm hopeful that the lil Mardave could give other direct drive cars a challenge now that it is fitted with a wing big enough to drive it through the gym floor.

PS: Scott, the pod that you broke last Friday is only £1.99 go on! get it!!!!

Thanks for the heads up Guy, but i'm so impressed with the TT02 ... done some setup up changes to it so may intrude on the tourers with it again this week and put the 6 wheeler around with Chris and lee in clubman ...

However I so so want to run my M06 Herbie ... just not enough classes

Scott.

Don't you have a buggy? You could run a vintage Tamiya buggy in off road, the M06 in clubman, your Mardave in GT12 and the TT02 in touring...

I do have a buggy, but I don't like it .. its not a Tamiya

An attempting more than two classes it ludicrous!!!

Ordered the motor pods ... postage was more than the items ... that sucks!

Scott.

Anybody thinking of ordering one of those shells - THINK TWICE!!!

They look good but the wings are like glass: one small tap and they shatter so use Tamiya wings if you can!

With the decals - you would be best off scanning them and then getting them properly printed (thanks for the tip Stuart )

In summary: great for making a shelf queen, poo for racing

Not good Chris ... I hope you will have it ready for Friday buddy with whatever shell ...

Stuart and I raced at a Sunday event at Broxtowe in an all F1 heat .. brill!

I came 3rd out of 5 with the Lotus, it really inspired me to get the Pro dialled in properly..

Ive installed a Tamiya 25T sealed can with kit gearing for WestBridgeford and am going to try it Friday.

Kit gearing on the Pro is 104T spur and 23T pinion with and option of 93T spur.

This time I have not gone with a Tamiya ESC as last time it kept cutting out, ive stripped a Traxxas VXL that's 15 turn capable so I can definitely draw the amps if I need too, however I think the kit gearing may be pants.

Scott.
