Elvos guide to building them was pretty cool, i forget the address maybe somone can point in the right direction.

i originally did that but used the old seals put new seals in and now the shock seem smooth and air free

Get TC5 shock caps, bladders, & foams. EASY rebuilds!

thought the vc2 shocks won't work and it is a large outlay.
