Hi Deano, they are much stronger than the old RB5 ones where it was an essential upgrade. I ran the plastic one for a few weeks and had no problem, and I only changed in the end becuase I had one available.

I run ali hubs purely as a setup tool, they have the link holes from both 519 & 519-2 hubs.
I run plastic hubs on the Lazer & always have, touch wood I've not broken one in several seasons.

Not breaking one may well be skill as well as luck, I only have luck lol but one question that remains unanswered is the rf rear hinge pin bracket a weak part on the car and do the team run the alloy one for bling or strength

Sorry Kev I thought you were on about the ally rear hubs but thanks for answering my question and as I mentioned the rear hubs are they carried over from the rb5 or are they stronger than the rb5 ones

Maybe that will be the next item to buy then I take it their the 0 deg ones do you supply these in gunmetal colour.
